Here we don't train just for today. We train to stay capable 10, 20 or 30 years from now.
No. We start from scratch. All our classes are adapted so anyone, regardless of their level, can follow them safely. Coaches guide you throughout and adjust exercises to your current ability.
Classes last 60 minutes and include warm-up, skill work, the WOD (workout of the day) and cool-down. Enough for a complete workout without taking up your whole day.
We keep small groups so coaches can give you individual attention. You'll never be just a number. That makes the difference when you're learning or need someone to correct your technique.
No. CrossTraining is scalable — every exercise has modifications for all levels. The same class has people who have been training for years alongside people starting today. What changes is the load and intensity, not the movement.
Comfortable sports clothing, trainers and motivation. No specific equipment needed — we provide everything. If you have weightlifting or CrossFit shoes, bring them, but they're not required to start.
You book two dates through the form, you come, you train and you decide. No commitment, no payment details needed. If it's not for you, no worries. But if you stay — which usually happens — we'll walk you through all membership options.
